Expertly crafted from a blend of Caladoc and Merlot grape varieties, this 13% ABV delight is a testament to our commitment to organic vine growing. Its charming baby pink hue is the result of cooling the grapes and employing  short skin-contact maceration at low temperatures, followed by a controlled fermentation process. Grown in the mineral-rich limestone, clay, sand, and silt soils left behind by the Rhone.
