ABOUT Camins 2 Dreams:

Camins 2 Dreams (path to dreams) was founded by Tara Gomez and her wife Mireia Taribó with a philosophy to make hand-crafted, terroir-driven wines, fermented with natural yeast using minimal intervention in the winery.
Camins 2 Dreams is a winery designed by two women with a creative desire to produce natural wines, utilizing the best sustainably and organically farmed grape cultivars available. Business and life partners Tara Goméz

and Mireia Taribo work in tandem with SIP Certified growers to create wines of specific terroir with absolute regard for grape typicity and quality.
As a child growing up a member of the Santa Ynez Band of the Chumash Tribe of Santa Barbara, Tara was surrounded by vine growers and winemakers. Having received a chemistry set as a gift, Tara knew at an early age that her love of science would guide her path in the world of wine. She attended California State University Fresno, and with the aid of her tribe she studied Enology. As the winemaker for Kitá Wines, she was recognized by the State Legislature of California as the first Native American Winemaker. Since the closing of Kitá Wines, Tara and Mireia have been able to dedicate their time to their own winery, Camins 2 Dreams.
Tara enjoys a spiritual and historical connection to the land, specifically the coastal region of California she has always called home. She appreciates being able to share the experience of wine production with her wife, Mireia, whose Spanish heritage’s influence is lovingly entwined. The culmination of these things are endearingly present in every hand-crafted wine they produce.

Wine Enthusiast 95 points Quite inky in the glass, this bottling is loaded with thick, dark-fruit aromas of black plum, cassis and violet, as hints of cocoa arise slowly. It lands with a force on the palate, providing lively while powerful and offering fresh fruit and flower flavors as well as a dried meat and tarry earth backbone. MATT KETTMANN, Wine Enthusiast
