The 2023 Vintage of 67 Wine Petit Somm Series Rosé (Central Park Label and Hydrant Label) boasts an enticing sunset pink hue with medium intensity. Aromas of pink grapefruit, strawberries, and raspberries intermingle on the nose. On the palate, peaches, watermelon, red berries, and citrus blend together harmoniously. The finish is dry, refreshing, and thirst-quenching. This Rosé is pure joy to drink! It is crafted from 100% Tempranillo grapes grown in the Duero region of Castilla y León, Spain. The grapes undergo cold maceration for several hours to extract color, aroma, and flavor. After this process, the juice ferments under temperature-controlled conditions in inert, stainless steel vats.
