Spicy notes include clove and anise.

The 3 generations on the bottle refer to Don Cenobio, Don Eladio and Don Francisco Javier of the Sauza family of tequila makers. The agave used for this tequila comes from the valleys of Jalisco, aged 6-8 years before harvesting. This añejo is aged 12 months in toasted American oak.

A smooth herbal flavor with the fine citric touches. Palate confirms the caramel flavor of cooked agave and a rich blend of fruit flavors, lightly specious with a very pleasant long lasting end.

It is carbon-filtered, then finished in historic PX wine barrels using the solera method, resulting in a more mature flavor profile than any other Silver or Blanco Tequila. Expressive of cultivated agave with tobacco, herb, and earth notes.

Siete Leguas' Decades Blanco celebrates their 70th anniversary and is sure to be an instant collectors item and darling of the Tequila cognoscenti. Made from wild Criollo agaves, a smaller and richer pina than the common blue weber, which grow naturally on the steepest slopes. The dangerous task of harvesting these is rewarded with more flavor.

Cimarron Tequila from Atotonilco, Jalisco is distilled from agave hillside agave grown at 4,620 feet elevation. A low pressure, slow agave roast creates Cimarron's bright, forward flavor, and fermentation is entirely natural using winemakers yeast.

Aromas of fruit, baked fully-ripened agave, green olive, and earth are invitingly present.
